We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Revive Mind provides a platform that connects users with licensed mental health professionals for virtual and in-person care where available. Revive Mind is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency services.

You must be at least the age of majority in your province to create an account, or use the platform with appropriate parental or guardian consent where teen services apply.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.

Fees for sessions and services are displayed before you confirm a booking. Payment is processed at the time specified during checkout unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary by service type. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged according to the policy shown at booking.

You agree to use Revive Mind lawfully and respectfully. You may not misuse the platform, harass providers or staff, attempt unauthorized access, or share content that violates the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to users, providers, or the platform.

Revive Mind is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific clinical outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revive Mind and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
